   I recommend the Board expel student 05/06-X-027 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On August 31, 2005, student 05/06-X-027 was in possession of a knife while on the campus of L. C. Swain Middle School.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.	-	PASS
